Their need: The ability to unite a geographically diverse corporate population. Ease of use, and security are key issues for them.
The solution: Working with Enerflex over the past ten years has allowed us the opportunity to implement a variety of online communication and collaboration systems where ease of use and security are of utmost importance. Currently, we are implementing an off-the-shelf BlackBerry enabled CRM product.

Transalta is a power generation and energy marketing company.
The need: A streamlined reporting application.
The Solution: We are currently working with TransAlta’s utility trading group to streamline reporting functions. Operating closely with the key members of their trading team, Raven Bay has leveraged existing functions and processes to provide a consistent reporting method. We are working with their Information Technology portal team to consolidate server resources by combining like systems which will work together more cohesively.

The need: A stabilized messaging environment.
The solution: We have recently completed a systems stabilization project where we designed and delivered an up-to-date messaging and collaboration environment. We used a best practices approach to design an environment which has redundant messaging and application capabilities. We have also assisted in the development and implementation of their corporate system security policies.

The Solution: During our ten year relationship with Moore’s, we have helped streamline their messaging services by implementing processes and procedures to improve security and reduce SPAM. We have also reduced the dependency of our services by transferring skills to Moore’s personnel resulting in greater efficiencies of resources and time.

Calgary Stetson Show Band – http://www.stetsonband.org
The Calgary Stetson Show Band is a Calgary based award winning show band who travels world for their performances. Some tours require the band to attend up to five events a day where their equipment is constantly being loaded and unloaded onto buses. Manually counting the equipment is logistically difficult.
Their need: An easy to use, efficient and accurate inventory control system.
The Solution: Raven Bay volunteered our time and leveraged our partnerships with Intermec and RedBeam Software to build a custom wireless bar-coding application which significantly simplified the process. The application resulted in greater efficiencies of time and energy as well as consistent and reliable inventory information.
